"After my dad passed away in
February, I was left as my Mom's
primary caregiver, as she was unable
to live alone. I began to
realize that I could not care for
her without help. At first, I
put her in a nursing home which I
later found to be understaffed. I
felt the need to be there 2-3 times
daily to ensure she was properly
cared for. Even then, I wasn't
comfortable. Searching for
alternatives, I came across a
brochure that saved my sanity and
Mom's quality of life. I was
literally in a state of panic.
I called the CAROL CARES
representative, and she was able to
answer so many questions and took me
to visit several homes. I
chose the one I liked best and am so
happy. My mother has not only
thrived, but has actually improved.
She is happy, safe, and very content
which has given me complete peace of
mind." |
